Come and learn the basics of Tag Rugby at this free taster session. You'll also have a game and there is an opportunity to go for a drink after.
This is a great first step towards a fitter and healthier lifestyle, and you can meet like minded people who are looking for a fun new activity. There’s no tackling in Tag Rugby, so enjoy all the thrills of Rugby with reduced risk of injury. They play in mixed games of men and women, and there is no commitment to join (but they obviously hope you'll love it!)
