There is free software that will keep your station on air, and it is genuinely good.
There is nothing that will help you sell a campaign, contract it, traffic it,
prove it played and invoice it.
So we built all of it. One system, one price, no tiers.
hours a month you spend moving the same information between the log, the spreadsheet, the invoices and the accounts.
traffic and billing systems available to a station your size. That is not a criticism of anyone. It is why you are on a spreadsheet.
radio services now on small-scale DAB in the UK. Most of them are working this out the hard way.
The gap nobody sells into
Every CRM stops at the sale. Every playout system starts at the log. Nothing joins them, and radio lives in the join - so you become the integration layer, by hand, every week, on a Sunday.
That is the week you were going to spend selling. It is not a software budget problem. It is a quarter of the commercial capacity of your business, spent on data entry, by the only person who can bring in revenue.
Contact, opportunity, package, rate. Signed off against a rate card you actually set.
The campaign becomes commercials, becomes spots, in real breaks, targeted to the right service.
The master log knows what went out and when, to the second. The report writes itself.
Invoice raised from the campaign, not from memory. Straight into the ledger and the cash forecast.
Nobody typed anything twice.
The thing you cannot produce today
Your advertiser asks what ran. Right now that is an afternoon in Excel, so it does not happen, so they quietly do not come back. This takes ten seconds.
| Date | Time | Service | Break | Copy | Dur | Status |

Showing 6 of 60 transmissions. Times taken from the master log and are the actual moment of transmission, not the scheduled slot. Mocked demo tenant - Northgate Hits and Harbourside are fictional.
One price. All of it.
Not modules to choose from. Modules you get. There is no tier above this
one and nothing on this page is an add-on.
Twenty-one of them have a page of their own,
including what each one does not do.
Every track, categorised, with rotation rules and full metadata.
Your station stops repeating itself, and listeners stop noticing the rotation.
Builds the log hour by hour against your clock, formats and dayparts.
A week of programming built in an afternoon, not an afternoon every day.
Puts it on air, live or automated, with full playout state per service.
One less vendor, one less integration, one less thing to blame at 6am.
Independently scheduled audio streams, each with its own branding and adverts.
Launch a spin-off station this afternoon. We do not charge you for ambition.
Encoded outputs into Icecast at any bitrate you need.
Web, app, smart speaker and DAB feeds off the same playout.
Record and place links against the log from anywhere.
Your presenters sound live at 6am without being awake at 6am.
Jingles, beds, sweepers and elements, mapped per service.
Each station sounds like itself, not like a copy with a different name.
Studio, remote and outside-broadcast sources managed and switched.
Go live from a shopping centre without shipping an engineer to it.
What went out, and when, to the second. Music, imaging and commercials.
The evidence behind every invoice you send. This is the asset.
Off-air retention for the period your licence actually requires.
Ofcom asks, you answer the same day. Not the same fortnight.
Categories, entries, weather, thought of the day, shout generator.
Your presenters turn up with something to say.
Every contact, opportunity and action in one book, with sectors and suppression.
You stop losing deals because nobody remembered to follow up.
What is for sale, at what price, on what minimum term.
You stop making the price up on the phone and then regretting it.
Sold campaigns become commercials, become spots, in real breaks.
Nobody types the schedule in twice, so nobody gets it wrong twice.
Commercials targeted by region, by service, by split.
Sell the same breakfast slot to three advertisers in three towns.
Every spot that ran, timestamped from the master log, as a report you can send.
Your advertiser renews, because you proved it. This is the whole product.
Raised from the campaign itself, not from memory and a spreadsheet.
You get paid on time, because the invoice went out on time.
Revenue, costs, presenter pay, transmitters, loans, forward cash forecast.
You know in March whether you can afford September.
Advertisers sign themselves up, buy a package and manage their own campaign.
Airtime sells while you are asleep, without a salesperson.
Audiences, tranches, opens, clicks, bounces, with PECR enforced in the code.
You cannot accidentally break the law with a mailshot. It will not let you.
Seasonal events carrying a sell window in weeks before the date.
You are selling Christmas in September, the way the nationals do.
Unique listeners, listening hours, daily and monthly reach, per stream.
A number you can defend, with a method you can publish. See the honest note below.
Play and reach data assembled per period for the statutory return.
A fortnight of assembly becomes a screen you export.
App backend, user tracking, listener messaging into the studio.
Your audience becomes a database instead of a guess.
Entry, draw, winner management and prize fulfilment.
Sponsored competitions you can run properly and prove you ran.
Schedule, presenters, news, adverts and pages, built for a radio station.
Your site stops being a WordPress install nobody dares to touch.
Articles, categories, feeds, presenter reads and a public article API.
The content that earns you search traffic, and the enquiries behind it.
Products, product groups, price drops, allocations, orders and badges.
A second revenue line that does not need another advert break.
Networks, scheduled tasks, brand text generation and campaign analytics.
Promotion that happens without a person having to remember.
Monday morning, one screen
Booked against target, what is unsold, what is overdue, and whether next quarter works. Not four systems and a guess.
Booked revenue, March to August 2026

Mocked demo tenant. Every name on this screen is fictional.
One price. One tier. No messing about.
£595
a month. That is the whole price list.
Everything on this page. Every module, every service you want to run, every stream, every user. No per-station surcharge, no per-split surcharge, no seat count, no setup fee, no upsell to the tier that has the bit you actually needed.
One sponsorship a month covers it. If Vudio does not help you sell that, it is not worth having, and we would rather you found that out in the first quarter than in year two.

Checked 12 August 2026. If any of these change, we will change this table.
Before you ask
Every vendor buries these. We would rather you heard them from us than found them out in month four.
Zetta and Myriad 6 are better at it, and AzuraCast does a genuinely good job for nothing. If getting audio on air is your only problem, keep what you have. It is not what is costing you money.
Nothing will, at your size, and the free alternatives closed in 2026. What Vudio gives you is a number you can defend, a method you can publish, and proof of what you delivered for the advertiser you already have.
Roughly £1,700 a year for a commercial station. Nobody selling you commercial music can make that go away, and anyone implying otherwise is mis-selling.
One station group runs on Vudio today and it is related to us. That is the honest position, it is disclosed on every page, and you are welcome to come and watch the thing work on a Tuesday.
Vudio's ledger is a management ledger: revenue, costs, presenter pay, forward cash. It tells you where the business is. It does not file your VAT return.
Contacts, campaigns, the ledger, the log and your compliance recordings, exported in a documented format, on one month's notice. It is in the contract, not in a conversation. A vendor that will not tell you how to leave is telling you something.
Fifteen minutes. We will sell something, traffic it, prove it played and invoice it, live, on a real station, while you watch. If it is not right for you we will say so.
